help with testosterone results

hi, im danny, about 2 years ago i decided to lay off the steroids after 2 years, in the last year i have been in and out of the doctors getting blood tests done ive been to my GP(who was useless) and an endocrinonogist (who wasnt much better) my testosteron results went from 11(early on) to 26(recently) im not sure what these numbers mean i asked the doctor and all he said its on a range of 9-45 and wouldnt tell me much more, can someone please help me, were do they get these numbers from?? and although my test is “26″ i still feel like i have low testosterone (pretty low sex drve, erections arnt great, feel lazy) what should i do??
